I designed and created this program to celebrate the exceptional achievements of our dedicated employees and inspire future success. From the dedicated bus operators who navigate our streets to the skilled mechanics who keep our fleet running smoothly, every employee plays a vital role in providing reliable and efficient transportation to our community. This special night honors those who go above and beyond, demonstrating outstanding performance, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Their contributions are the driving force behind DART's success, making a positive impact on the lives of countless riders and shaping the future of our region.

Improving functionality and styling across components

We focused on enhancing navigation, search, modals, forms, and other functionalities that were malfunctioning. This included:

Visual refresh: We redesigned the tile buttons to be more visually appealing and easier to interact with by incorporating prominent visuals and clear click states.
Improved modal experience: We added a cancel icon to modals for a more user-friendly experience.
Conciseness: We condensed lengthy text into shorter, more readable pieces. Additionally, we converted long links into tile buttons to comply with CATO accessibility standards.

Green Line creates new wing of growing public art gallery
Through a unique process, neighborhood committees collaborate with artists, planners, and engineers from the earliest stages of station planning, deciding on themes that reflect their community's history, character, and values. This collaborative approach transforms stations into "front doors" to the community, with artistic elements incorporated into everything from basic station components like canopies and pavers to signature art installations such as mosaic medallions, photographic windscreens, and illuminated sculptures, all of which can be experienced for free along the Green Line.

Introducing the New Orange Line

The DART Orange Line is a major light rail line connecting the vibrant City of Irving and the world-renowned Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport to the heart of Dallas. Branching off from the Green Line in Northwest Dallas, the Orange Line extends westward through the bustling Las Colinas Urban Center and the Irving Convention Center before arriving at DFW Airport. This 14.5-mile, $1.3 billion project was completed in phases, delivering a significant transportation boost to the region.

We integrated benefitable components with features and services directly on our product pages.
